• Device Identifiers: We collect your device's MAC Address and a uniquely generated Device Key. This is strictly used to verify your subscription status and grant access to the application.
• IP Address: We temporarily log your IP address for security purposes, rate limiting, and to prevent unauthorized sharing or abuse of our network infrastructure.
• Playlist Data: URLs (M3U links) or Xtream Codes data that you manually input into the app are stored securely on our servers to synchronize your playlists across your devices.

The information we collect is used exclusively for the following purposes:

• To authenticate your device and provide access to the media player.
• To securely store and retrieve your personal playlists.
• To detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, or abuse (e.g., account sharing).

4. Third-Party Libraries (ExoPlayer)

Our application utilizes third-party open-source libraries to function properly, specifically Google's ExoPlayer for media playback. ExoPlayer may collect basic diagnostic data (such as crash logs or playback performance metrics) independently of our servers. This data is subject to Google's privacy policies. We do not provide ExoPlayer with your MAC address or playlist URLs.

5. Data Security & Retention

We implement robust, industry-standard security measures (including HTTPS/SSL encryption and database hashing) to protect your data from unauthorized access. Your data is retained only for as long as your device is active or in a trial state on our network. Devices that remain expired for an extended period are automatically purged from our databases.

6. User Rights & Content Policy

Show4K is purely a media player (a tool). We do not host, provide, or sell any media content, live streams, or copyrighted material. Users are solely responsible for the content (M3U playlists) they add to the application. If you wish to delete your device data or playlists from our servers, you can do so at any time using the "Delete" function within the app or by contacting your service provider.
